Erin Michelle Miller, Esq. has focused her practice on assisting Buyers and Sellers with real estate transactions for the last 11 years.  She is dedicated to educating clients and industry partners to ensure that their sale or purchase proceeds according to the terms of their agreements.  

Erin enjoys presenting and serving as a panelist for Real Estate Agent and Broker educational events.  Some of her recent presentations on the NABOR and FRBAR Contracts include: Keeping the Deal Together, Real Estate Inspections, Financing Contingencies, FIRPTA, Contract Updates/Comparisons, Seller’s Disclosures, Surviving Condo Sales, HOA Disclosures, Avoiding Deal Breakers, Death and Real Estate Closings, Personal Property, and Hurricane Preparedness for Realtors.

Paralegal Marsette Giusto has more than 22 years of experience in real estate, training, management, and public relations. During that time, Mrs. Giusto has participated in the real estate industry in different fields.  Mrs. Giusto's career in real estate began in the year 2000 specializing in the residential market in Southwest Florida.  

After a successful real estate career, Mrs. Giusto transitioned to the title and escrow industry in 2011.  Since that time, she has become an experienced title closer, working all aspects of a file including title processing, file management, communications, and closing.  Her unmatched work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism has made it a joy for clients to work with her.  Outside of work, Mrs. Giusto is a devoted wife and mother to her kids. She enjoys attending and cheering on her son who plays football and basketball, and her daughter who plays basketball at the collegiate level. 

Joe Lenihan applies his 20 years of business experience, including a background in real estate investing, 

towards streamlining the closing process with the aim of making the experience convenient and transparent for clients and real estate agents.  He is responsible for funding, disbursing, and managing the finances of the firm.

Joe is a lifelong Floridian and he has made the Town of Jupiter his home for the last ten years. He has two sons, Joseph and Donny, and loves spending time with them, whether it is coaching them in basketball, watching their lacrosse or football games, or doing all things ocean-related.  Ask him how deep he can dive on a single breath!
